Out of the box 11i users may print work orders but only from oracle forms. This limitation requires Self-Service users to toggle between the two interfaces, 11i and R12, to accomplish work order printing. Additionally a large limitation still exists; users cannot print work orders with corresponding attachments.
This presentation will demonstrate how AventX will allow users to print work orders and corresponding attachments from both forms and Self-Service.
